How to ship items to my customers?
I'm starting a business selling handmade clothing, purses, aprons, dog toys, etc. I'm clueless when it comes to shipping my items out. How do I know how much everything is going to cost before I ship it and before I give my customers a 'included shipping' price? I already have my shipping boxes & envelopes, but if I weigh it myself, how will I know how much it costs to ship that? Also, I dont even know how to figure out how to give them the option of ground shipping, express shipping, etc. How can I figure all of this out?
1. you can check: www.fedex.com or www.ups.com how much does it cost if you want to send it to your customer . you'd better sign a contract with them and you are going to receive a better price or, you can pay them once a month.
2. post: pls go to talk to them . i do not have so much experiences about it.
3. Very important: confirm the price with fedex, ups or post before you make an offer! it is not nice to change the shipping freight after you made an offer!
