I need help with a tablecloth

My grandmother wants me to buy her a table cloth and the measurements that she gave me were
280 x 300, and im assuming she was talking about in CM.
I converted 280 x 300 = and its 120" x 110".
That doesn't make sense, do table clothes that big really exist?
I tryed googling 120" x 110" tablecloth" and all i could find was 120" x 60"..
So can someone clarify?
