What kind of wattage should I look for- if I want it to last a very long time and use it for 2-5 people 4-5 days a week?
Also which brand should I consider?I'm not looking for a professional grade mixer but for home use.I researched on KitchenAid though, wondering if the classic will last a long time.Cuisinart's website is not so friendly and specially there are no attachments for the mixer that let me grate,grind or slice.Are the other brands that I need to look for?
