Does anyone know where I can find a figurine/statue of a chinese dragon made of pure malachite?
I'm looking for a figurine or statue of a Chinese dragon (it must be a Chinese dragon, similar to the kind you would see on a Chinese restaurant placemat that shows the Chinese Zodiac, and not any other type). It's a gift for a friend of mine. It can be any size but it must be made of pure malachite. It can be in any position and it can be any size. However, I can't afford to pay too much for it, so just a small one would be great. I have been looking high and low all over the internet, and I have found pretty much every other kind of animal carved out of malachite... but not a Chinese dragon. So, if anyone can help me find one for sale, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I've seen malachite figures on eBay but I doubt that you will ever find *pure malachite* since the mineral exists as thin layers. Figures a probably ground malachite in a polymer of some sort.
