Giant Cupcake Mixture?
I want to make a Giant cupcake for my daughters 1st birthday iv hired the mould but don't know how much cake mixture to use? I have looked everywhere but cant seem to find a simple cake mixture recipe for the Giant cupcake... Please help! 
What a conundrum you really need to figure out the volume of cake mixture that your giant cupcake mould will hold.This should have been indicated to you by the store from which you hired the mould. What I would recommend is that you use a simple cake mixture. This I would average will rise by 1/3. The volume you calculate should allow you to fill your giant cupcake mould to 2/3 full leaving 1/3 rising room in the pan.
