I'm a freshman in high school looking to tutor in French. I live in the U.S. as of last summer but before that I was canadian. Living in Canada I took french immersion my whole life until i moved here (7 years) French immersion is where all of you're core subjects (math, science, social studies, etc.) are all taken in french, including language classes. I didn't even have a proper english lesson until Grade 4. I always had A's or B's and understood the language properly, I'm practically fluent. I'm in the highest level AP French class my high school offers and its a breeze, tutoring in lower levels, or my level, would be an efficient way to make money.
I was thinking 10$ per hour and maybe special options for groups. 'Classes' could be held in the school library with pick up my individual parents. Does this sound alright?
