How to fit a TV Bracket
A TV bracket attaches the television, which obviously means flat screen LCD or LED TV, to a wall. Beside looking fashionable, TV brackets allow one to site the screen at exactly the height one find best for viewing, and also means one don't need any floor space which is really important in today's calculated living space usage.
The wall-mounting aspect of LCD or LED TV sets, without question, houses the majority of their aesthetic appeal. Mounting necessary hardware for these TVs consists of the hardware that attaches to the wall, and the reverse bracket that connects to these TVs with pre-installed threaded inserts. Installation of LCD TV brackets involves a few simple tools.
Before you get started make sure that you have a thorough understanding of local building and fire codes. Make sure you know what's behind the wall before drilling or cutting.
One can only be sure that he/she can manage to perform the task of wall mounting the TV only if he/she is comfortable with the following two tasks –
First, the household task of hanging pictures, mounting shelving etc. and know using tools like, power drill, measuring tape, level, stud finder, pencil, screwdriver, sockets and ratchet.
Secondly, the knowledge of installing new light fixtures, phone lines, or security wiring in the existing home, wiring a whole-house computer network, patching and repairing drywall, touch-up painting and the usage of tools like dry wall saw, utility knife and even a fish tape and electrical tape etc.
The following tools and accessories will help in the quest for a good clean finish: dust sheet; an electric drill with a masonry drill bits or wood drill bits, depending on the type of wall; spirit level so the TV Wall Bracket or Monitor Wall Bracket fits squarely; screwdriver and most importantly, an electric cable-finder and pipe finder so you don't drill into them accidentally.
Decide where you want to mount the TV. Identify the location of wall studs to support the weight of the television. A stud finder is a useful tool for this process. Mark the studs with a pencil as you locate them. Level the bracket before you anchor the television wall mount to the studs. Wall mounts are generally composed of two pieces — one that you'll attach to the TV, and another that you'll mount to the wall. The preferred method of working is to take the wall mounts out of the box, mark the 6 drill holes in the wall where the brackets will be fitted before fitting the second part of the bracket; it is just less cumbersome, ensuring you are perfectly level and there are no cables or pipes in the vicinity. Hold the TV bracket to the wall and using the spirit level ensure this back plate is completely level. Fit the wall plugs and return the TV bracket back plate to the wall and screw it up securely using the bolts and / or screws provided. Attach the bracket arms/front plate or bar system by screwing it into the back of your TV into the four holes. Once you have done this carefully lift your TV up, preferably with help of another person, and either hang or attach to the wall-plate of the bracket.

how much housing benefit am i entitled to?
im 33years old, single male, in rented accomodation with no kids or dependants. my hours at work are being cut to 17 hours a week. does this put me in the housing benefit bracket & how much would it be?
I suspect it would, but the amounts vary from town to town (because rents do too). You wont get full LHA but your payment would be based on the rent for a 1-bed property.
