Can I get rent back from my landlord?
There has been ant and termite infestation since move in 3 months ago. Landlord has not exterminated, even though I have complained 5 times.
Now I learn that there has been a decaying rat in my water catchment tank, which I have been using to shower, wash dishes, and brush my teeth (it's been in there for a very long time). There was no microfilter, only a carbon filter installed 2 months ago.
