Wonderful Anolon Advanced 10 Piece Cookware Set
Wow and thank God, I don 't go for the cheapest spread. Anolon Advanced 10 Piece Cookware Set line is nothing less than excellent. After the most applications to date, the water gently flows seems that these pots, as if by magic (soap follows them, of course.) Weights are clean the right thing for me. The handles are very comfortable. You may also want to buy the boat for the plant, including large pots and pans from one side a greater tendency to buy. Or not. And I could also mention:These things are good when cooking!

Is there a way to get my pizza crust harder without using a special pan?
I've made it a couple times and only have a dark nonstick pan that I use. The dough is very soft and I'd like it crispier on the bottom. Is it a special pan you use that does this? I don't want buy anything.
There are a few things you could do... I add honey to the mix of my dough about 2 tablespoons (mix it in with the liquid of your dough recipe) and it gives it a much crunchier crust than you would with out it. I would also preheat the pan and the oven as hot as you can get before putting your pizza in. Final tip: Sprinkle some maize or cornmeal on the pan before laying down your pizza.
