i just recently learned this, which applies to bottled beer: place a drinking straw (preferably one with a bendable neck) down the neck of the bottle and place your mouth over the entire hole of the beer's neck, then turn the beer upright and the straw will allow the air inside to be displaced and the beer will flow effortlessly into your thirsty mouth.
