How to Get the Most Out of your Wmf Pressure Cooker
Pressure cookers are particularly useful as they save time, while serving up food that's better cooked than if you were to use an ordinary pot.
Precious time is saved by cooking food at above-boiling-point temperatures, (from 212 degrees F to 250 degrees F) in pressure cookers. Also, only the pot gets heated and not your kitchen.

The heat comes down to a level where the correct amount of pressure can be maintained by the cooker, and no more steam is released. The release of steam is intended to keep the pot from exploding. A back-up pressure release,which is also present in WMF Pressure Cooker, takes over when and if the contents of the pot obstruct the valve.

How to make jojo potatoes in a pressure cooker?

Well sometimes when the places say that they are pressure cooked, that is true but they are rolled in seasoned flour, and then deep fried int the pressure cooker.. That is how i do mine, i first the jojo's and then i wash them and roll them in my flour mixture, with the seasoning that i want, and then i put them in the fridge for about 30 min so they get cold, and then flour sticks and then i drop them into the pressure cooker, and set the timer and then i have my jojo's
