But do you know that as per the results of a recent study, it has been established that the amount of contaminants that one consumes during a 10 minute shower is more than if the 2-3 liters of same water is consumed directly?
This is an eye opener. Isn’t it?
Basically during a shower – especially in warm water – the pores in our skin open up. If the tap water is contaminated (like it is today for all of us), these contaminants easily get absorbed in the skin.
On being absorbed, they not only harm the skin but cause various other ailments as well. The common skin problems are dryness, redness, acne and itchiness.

Best way to clean a refrigerator - hot water and baking soda?
I read in a magazine a few months ago that you could basically boil water and then mix in some baking soda or lots of salt into it and that this water solution can wipe clean the inside of an empty refrigerator better than any "store bought chemicals". Has anyone tried it? Does it actually work??
I never use 'store bought chemicals' to clean a refrigerator.
Just put a few drops of dishing washing liquid in a bucket and use a non
scratching pad to scrub it clean.
