I just got a Rival 4 quart ice cream maker. Can I make a smaller batch in it with good results? I'm thinking of 1, 2, or 3 quarts instead of a full batch.
I would not try to make less then 1/2 the recipe. Recipes can be a bit tricky. So try making 2 quarts first.
