Drainage Contractor Mill Valley Ca Concrete Drainage Fix
Cupp Bros. Construction Drainage Contractor of Santa Rosa California. This project was with the Alto Center of Mill Valley it was requiring plenty of drainage. There were approximately 13 stores which were affected and the five major stores on the eastern side at the end cap of the center were taking on water and having some moisture problems.
HighBridge Properties, the property manager, had retained an engineering firm to create a drainage which would collect all of the water for the landscape areas and the rainwater leaders (which are usually called downspouts) and put them within the solid pipes and taken all the way to the primary storm drain system approximately 8 feet deep at the end of the Center, then it would outlet into a creek. The situation they were having tends to be that when there's high tide the outlet pipe was submerged or underwater even though it was 8 feet deep, the Creek would rise to higher than the outlet pipe, and decrease or stop the water that should have been discharged.
This wasn't that difficult of a task, yet it did have its problems. We had to operate through sidewalks and landscaping areas as the stores were still open without having it be in the way of customers visiting the stores. Also while digging in the landscape areas we'd find and hit anything that was there, or hidden. Irrigation pipes, lighting electrical lines, etc.
This project entailed an encroachment permit which was under the jurisdiction within the public Works Department of Mill Valley. Since we had been tying in to the public storm drain that was an extremely large I believe 2 foot diameter pipe approximately 8 feet deep that drain in the Creek, it had to be tested and inspected by the city engineer.
The project wasn't that long, that only took a couple of weeks from beginning to end. But I must attribute that to our scheduling and our perfection in getting the project done. We've done this for 29 years and the biggest thing you always have to find out when doing commercial construction is you should keep the customers capable of getting to the stores. You always have to create walkway platforms or anything so the customers will get in and buy.
All in all the project went smooth, even though it did look like a combat zone at the end of our work. Coment Maintenance the Landscaper for the Alto Center had to come in after us and regrade and plant pretty plants so that the landscaping would look all all new and fresh. After the landscaping was redone there was not a sign that we even been there. Which is the way our customers want it.
That's the hardest part of our job, getting everything done so it seemed like we were never there. The only pat on our back is really a happy customer that calls us Cupp Bros Drainage Contractor of Santa Rosa back for more.

Is there any other way to pay my fines so I can get my drivers lic back? Comunity service, jail time,?
I have to pay $5000,and Im buried. theres no way. This is sonoma co. ca. People tell me all kinds of dumb s***, so I would like to get an answer from someone who knows. And not payments, that would take forever. And its gone to collections.
Unfortunately, the justice system is not perfect. I run into guys who have their licenses suspended by DCSS (Department of Child Support Services) for failing to pay, when I ask them why they don't pay, it's usually because they were out of work for a time, and during that time their license was suspended.
If they're trying to get to a job to pay their child support, shouldn't they have a license to get there? Yes, I know the naysayers who say "ride a bike" or "take the bus." But based on the totality of the circumstances, does it make sense?
But I digress - this is basically up to the judge. You can request an extension based on a financial hardship, but it's really up to him. My advice would be to jump in front of it, and get a hold of the court for a hearing as soon as possible. This is one of those things that will get worse as time goes on. Acting quickly will prevent this from getting worse, and hopefully improve your situation.
