Knowledge transfer
The person you should look for is someone who can duplicate what you do to be successful. Transfer everything to them about your work etiquette, abilities, motivation and work culture as if they are your clone.
Develop skills
When you are able to clone a new business builder to develop the skills you have and become successful in his own right you have made yourself a good leader.
Business builder are people you will be cloning as they will be able to expand your network further and exponentially if they are able to clone themselves and repeated what you have done to them. Committed to success
Look for a business builder who has a burning desire to learn from you.
