Th hallmark is inside a platinum vintage ring. There is an R with an 8 on top of it. What does it mean?
Hi. Your platinum ring wouldn't be Swedish by any chance? Because if it is, R8 could stand for the date, i.e. 1943. It may be a code for the date at any rate - I know R8 stands for 1994 on some items of silver and golden products.
