How to give silver metal a copper color?
I have some little silver colored metal jump rings and I was wondering how I could give them a copper tone? Or just a more brown, vintage coloring? Suggestions would be great!
I struggled for quite some time to produce a copper effect. My solution was to use a thinned down solution if burnt sienna (which is a very powerful pigment). My base was yellow gold leaf, but I think that it has a chance of working on silver also. Good luck!
